Order Processing & Dispatch Times

• Most products are shipped within 24-48 hours after your order is confirmed.

• Dispatch time for heavy shipments such as Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and Quads shipped via VRL Logistics is 3-5 business days.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday except on public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

• Transit time and delivery date depend on your location, pincode, and courier service availability.

• Standard shipments via DTDC and Delhivery are delivered directly to your doorstep.

• For bulky/heavy products shipped via VRL Logistics, delivery will be to the nearest VRL Depot; doorstep delivery is not available, and customers are required to collect their shipment from the depot.

Courier Partners

• Our preferred courier partners include DTDC and Delhivery for regular shipments.

• VRL Logistics is used for heavy and large items such as Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and Quads.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• We offer COD facility for most products except ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Quads, Hoverboards, and similar heavy items.

• All COD orders are verified by calling the buyer. Dispatch will only occur after telephonic confirmation.

• For products not eligible for COD, prepayment is required.

Shipping Policy Highlights

• You will receive dispatch updates and tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

• Delays may occur due to serviceability restrictions, remote area pincodes, or unforeseen courier interruptions. ITBA is not liable for such delays beyond its control.

• We do our best to ensure prompt delivery; however, actual delivery time is subject to courier operations and local factors.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

• For VRL Logistics shipments, make arrangements to collect your package from the specified VRL Depot once notified.
