We offer no-questions-asked replacements within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all original brand labels, tags, accessories, and packaging.
After 7 days of delivery, no replacements or refunds will be provided.
Refunds can only be processed in case of manufacturing defects, damages during shipping, or mishandling by our courier partner.
Providing an unpacking video at the time of delivery is mandatory for any refund request on these items.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Once approved, refunds will be processed promptly.
Clothing items can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if shipping the item themselves.
If our courier partner facilitates the pickup, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned clothing must have all original tags, accessories, must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for return/refund.
